Dear Mrs. Huffman,My name is Tiffani. I have blondish brown hair. I love to go to my brother's hockey practices usually. I think that what happened to me shows me that I won't get embarrassed very easily--it just matters what kind of situation it is. What happened to me was embarrassing, but not that much to me. Here's how I found this out.
When I was about nine or eight years old, we were at Valley Ice Rink where my brother plays hockey. My friends were there because they have brothers on the same team too. My friends and I were running around like we always do. In the ice rink there is a cold area. We call it that because it is cold. And then there is a warm area. We call it the warm area because it is warm and that's were you get your food and stuff.
My friends were going into the penalty box and this kid named Nick was trying to give us a puck. I was about to get into the penalty box when he shot the puck up and it hit me in the forehead. It hurt really bad .
Of course I had to go to school the next day, and I thought that every body would laugh but no one did. It showed me that I don't get embarrassed that easily.
Sincerely,
Tiffani

Softball
Softball is very exciting,
A softball is a round, big ball.
you get to play all of the
different positions.
But softball is a lot of hard
work too.
You get hot.
You get thirsty and sweaty too.
Sometimes it rains,
But most of the time it's hot.
It's amazing when you hit a home run.
It's even cooler if you hit it over the fence.
But if you don't it's still cool. You have to run FAST around the
bases to get a home run.
