Electra
by Shannon, member of the Chorus
also Sound Technician for Pot of Gold

In Electra there are 10 characters. It couldn't be more than a half-an-hour. I didn't think we could do it
under a half-an-hour. Everyone knew their lines, except once when they were bringing out the
body-they were late with the body.
Once I forgot to put up my mask and I couldn't stop giggling. I stood up when I wasn't supposed to after standing up and down. |
Pot of Gold
I thought the performance went great. I wasn't as nervous as I thought I would be, but I don't get that nervous in the first place. Everyone was up on stage when they were supposed to be and didn't forget their lines. It was awesome.
The Plays
by Kendall, Chorus member in Electra, and Camera for Pot of Gold
I think the performances went good. There was some mistakes, but I don't think the audience noticed very much. When I was backstage it was boring. It was a little loud and you couldn't see what was going on on stage. When I was on stage, I was a member of the Chorus. I got to have a script because I was a prompt, and I was in the back row. The play was really fun and I want to do it again.
The Plays
by Kayla, Electra in Electra, and Eumonia in the third performance of Pot of
Gold
trumpet in the Wedding Song
I think the performance went OK. If we weren't as nervous we could have done better. We had
little pauses, but I don't think the audience noticed. When we were playing the wedding song
they didn't wait for the trumpets so the trumpets didn't sound good because they came in late.
We could have done better, but we tried and it wan't that bad.
Electra
by Dean, Aegisthus in Electra
I thought the performance went great! I am sure the kids in the audience were impressed. It went great because there was hardly any mistakes in the play. I think I did OK. I was nervous at the beginning. All and all I did good. I could have done a little better.
Electra

I think that the play went good for the fourth graders. They seemt like it. And so did our class. I think I did pretty good but I played with my friend for some of the Pot of Gold. by Krista, Electra in Electra I think that I did OK but I kind of talked too fast. I got kind of nervous and thinking "oh my gosh-I'm going to mess up!" But I don't think I forgot any of my lines unless I skipped one. By Tyler, Orestes in Electra I think I need to go slower. |

Pot of Gold
by Erica, Staphyla in Pot of Gold
I thought the plays went very well. I liked the plays because the people who were doing the plays memorized their lines. I liked them because the voices were loud and clear for people who were watching to hear. I thought most of the people were on stage when they were supposed to be.
I think I did an excellent job on my lines. I think I did a good job because all the teachers looked pleased. I also think I did a good job because I memorized my lines quickly, and found the right out-fit. I also was loud, clear, and very calm. I was slow enough, too.
Electra
by Lorna, member of the Chorus
band member for "Wedding Song" in Pot of Gold
I thought that the performance went pretty well. Towards the end the perforance we were playing instruments. I couldn't play the song "Wedding Chorus." I blew as hard as I could and not a sound came out. I think it was stage fright. I thought we did pretty well. I think we skipped a few lines. I was kind of scared because I didn't know what would happen. After the play I was glad it went well when we were done.
Pot of Gold
by Matt, Megadorus in Pot of Gold
I thought the play went great. Everyone came up when they had to. The audience loved it. Everyone knew their lines.
I thought I was good. I knew my lines and came out when I needed to. The audience loved me.
