Dear Mrs. Huffman,
My name is Kathy. I'm 11 years old. I'm in sixth grade. I sit by the windows at the desk closest to yours. I have brown eyes and brown hair.
I want to tell you about the time I sprained by ankle. It was a nice sunny day when my friend and I were playing at the apartment we lived in. We both lived on the top floor. We were playing ball when the ball fell over the side of the walkway.
At that time I had big soles on my shoes. I went after the ball and right as I got near the ball I fell and twisted my ankle. My friend yelled, "Are you ok?" I told her I could not get up. Then I told her to go get my mom. She got my mom.
When my mom saw me on the ground she came over and picked me up and took me up to our apartment and set me on the couch. She said I had a sprained ankle. She set a bag of frozen corn on my ankle and then took it off and said she needed to use it for dinner, so she wrapped my foot in an ace bandage.

This is the story about my cat Gremlin. Well like most cats he likes to climb on things especially the couch, sometimes he will set on the back of the couch and then climb down to the edge of the couch were his cat food is and try getting into the bg by jumping from the edge of the couch. He is very playful but you got to watch out he might claw you or if you have something in your hand he tries to climb up your pants but can't get up all the way he starts falling down.
We feed him twice a day but he never gets full sometimes. We give him leftovers from that nights dinner, after eating steak that's pretty big he is still hungry if we let him in the house after he just ate he goes straight for the living room by the couch were his cat food is at he tries to get in to it but if he can't he goes off and starts running around he might even go into my bedroom and start staring at my fish that I have on my night stand.
I gave my cat Gremlin a full name and this is what it is Gremlin Goblin _______ a very long name but it fits him. My pet cat Gremlin is very sweet except for when he gets annoying but I love him anyway.
Well that's my story about my cat Gremlin. I wonder do you have a pet that you would like to tell about?
This June the sixth grade is going to Camp Collins for three days and two nights. The sixth grade is able to go to Camp Collins because we raised enough money in the all the fund raisers we did. We will be loading the buses at 8:30 it will be about a hour or a half an hour drive there we will getting to Camp Collins at about 10:00 or 10:30 we are not sure. When we get there we will go to our cabins then we will meet at the flag pole that's when the day will start. We will be going hiking, doing obstacle courses and lots of other fun things. I hope that we have a lot of fun there and we meet lots of new people.
