Shelby's Page
Hi, my name is Shelby. I want to tell you about my summer. I went down to Gold Beach. While I was there were there we went on a jet boat ride, down to the Trees of Mystery, and on the way back we went to Crater Lake.
When we went on the jet boat ride it was so fun. The view was just beautiful. We saw 4 deer, 2 bears, and 4 sea lions. It was cold, but seeing the animals made it worthwhile.
Another neat thing that we did was going down to the Trees of Mystery. It was a lot of fun .We went on the sky trail. The sky trail is the one where you go on this high inclosed ski lift up to a big deck. It has a pretty view. We even drove through a tree!
On our way back we went to Crater Lake and had lunch at the lodge there. The water was midnight blue in the middle and emerald green on the banks . The bad thing was that the boat rides were closed.
So that was what I did this summer. I had a blast going on a jet boat ride, going to the Trees of Mystery, and going to Crater Lake. So how was your summer?
