Do you have a favorite pet ? Well I do. Mine's a miniature Dachshund, well actually I have one. We got him about two years ago for a Christmas gift. His name is Micky. He's black and brown with a waggly tail. He was born Sept 26, 2001. He weighs about 10 to12 pounds and about 5 inches off the ground. He also loves to play and cuddle and loves the beach, we take him all the time. He loves to run up and down along the beach. He doesn't mind the water but he likes to play and dig in the sand.
He's very well trained. He knows how to sit and lay down. He likes to sleep, he sleeps about 13 to 18 hours a day and his favorite food is leftovers from the table. The last summer we got a swimming pool its only about 2 ft. I put my dog in it a couple of times, he was ok but a little scared. I'd sit in one of my inner tubes and put my dog on the other side.
In the summer my family and I would go to my grandmas house about once a week and let my dog run around because my grandmas got a field that is fenced. Every day in the summer I would have my dog laying right beside me when I wake up, and he loved when I was home all the time during the summer playing with him and having fun. Now I'm there in the morning but I'm going to school now. I'm in the sixth in Mrs. Huffman's class. She's really nice. She doesn't make us do that much work. If she does give us work its really easy.
Ok back to my dog, he loves it when people come over like my friends and family. theirs a boy that lives down the street from me. His name is David. He does scrap booking and takes pictures of my dog and puts them in his scrap book.
When I grow up I want to become a WNBA. It stands for woman pro basketball and if I ever become a WNBA player I'm going to get lots of animals and my first choice will be a mini Dachshund. If you ever want a dog I would get a mini Dachshund because they're fun, cute, and they're loving and they will make you happy. Now you know a little about me and my dog. See you later!!!
