Choosing Careers

I would like to be a mechanic when I grow up because I am really good at fixing things.
I also think that I want to be a mechanic because I can take things apart and put them back together perfectly.
And last, I would like to be a mechanic because I think it would be a fun job to have.

I would choose to be an archeologist because it would be very interesting to find old and different antiques. I would want to travel to China and find things that Chinese people would have used back then because my grandma used to collect them and so I would want to collect them next in my family.
I would also like to be a punk rock star because I love to play music and play the electric guitar because it's a fun instrument to play. I would want to have a special area in a house that I choose to live in so that I can practice playing my instrument with my friends in the band.
I also, last but certainly not least, I'll remember my friends, family and teachers, but most of all I'll remember me.

I would like to be a cook because I love to cook food and my aunt taught me how to cook and I help her now.
When I can't help her I watch her and even though I watch her I still get to help and she tells me everything she's making.
I am my aunt's little cook because she taught me and I help her with the cooking. I always learn new recipes when I help her cook.

If I could have any career I would pick teaching. It would be hard to pick between all the careers but, I would pick teaching because I love kids, I'm patient, and it can really make a difference by teaching others.
I think I could make a difference by teaching because like all the teachers out there you're teaching kids and they're actually learning something. If you didn't have teachers, no one would know anything and there wouldn't be any careers.
Also, I think I would want to be a teacher because I've always loved kids, I could also be patient and disciplining with kids. I would want to teach a grade like 1st or 2nd grade because the kids are young and haven't learned a lot so there would be a lot to teach them.
I know it would be hard work but, I love kids, I'm patient, and it can really make a difference by teaching others. This is why I want to be a teacher. Thank you.

If I could have any job in the world, I would be a police officer.
I've always loved policemen ever since they came to my 1st grade class. I was so fascinated about them, as I got older I read books on them a lot.
The specified class of officer is with the Riot Control. I studied their tactics and the control over riots.
I think that enforcing the law is a very important thing to do. I always point out the jaywalkers or people who run a light to my dad.
In conclusion, I've talked to you about how I like policemen and also about what class I'd like to be in and how I think about enforcing the law. Thank you.

If I could have a job, I would pick a writer. I would want to be a writer because whenever I read a book, (a good book), I wonder how long it would take to write it, how they thought about it, and why that title or why that character.
The best book that I have ever read was The Silver Crown, and the worst book that I have ever read is a dictionary or Arthur and the Love Note. And if I were a writer, I would write a story about cheese.
If all fails, I will move to Hollywood and pursue a number of Gas x commercials. Or I could buy a snazzy beach side apartment and become a designer and get married and have five kids then move to the Bahamas. Party on!

If I could choose a job I would pick to be a fireman so I can save people that are in danger. Plus being a fireman you can be a paramedic or be a fire fighter and I would like to be both because I think that their job is very cool. And I get to go places around town. And my uncle works at St. Helens fire station and I would get to see him a lot and I would get to ride in a fire truck and go inside burning houses or drive an ambulance and take people to the hospital and take people inside the building and see the doctors. Plus I will get to help them too.

I would choose to be a doctor because I would get to make people feel better, I would love to help kids, and I would get to see people look to me as a person that could save their lives.
I love to make people feel better because I could them smile. A smile is the best thing anyone could give me. A smile means that you are happy.
I would feel great about working with kids. They are the future. They see things differently than adults and I could learn from them.
I want to save lives. I want to find ways to cure peoples problems and get people back to their jobs.
So that's why I want to be a doctor. What do you want to be when you grow up?

If I could have any job I'd probably be a math whiz and since I'd be a math whiz, I'd like to work on space shuttles or design robots in NASA. like my dad's cousin.
It's cool to do stuff that would help the world explore and learn more about space. And also know that some of your ideas help the world learn about the unknown.
So in conclusion, I'd like to be a math whiz and work in NASA.

If I could have any career I would want to be the head of the U.S. military.
One reason I would like to do this is I like to solve problems and make big decisions.
Another reason is I would like to serve my country and I think the military is the best way to do it because the military protects our country.
I like math and social studies so I think I would do pretty well at this job. One thing I would have to get over is my fear of speaking in large audiences.

I would choose to be an architect because I love to build and draw. I also like to design things like catapults and small structures.
I usually draw a lot to pass the time and sometimes when I draw I like to design catapults (which usually work very well!).
I designed a tree fort that my dad helped me build. It's very hard to climb and easy to defend. I also built a sort of bunker out of a dead tree that I found in the woods near our house. The bunker worked great, but it got overgrown with blackberries so I had to leave it alone.
I really want to be an architect because I love to take a few miscellaneous items and turn them into something. I learned how to do this in the fifth grade.
So see what I mean? I love to build catapults (which could be used as machines), structures, and miscellaneous things out of stuff.

I would choose to be a vet because even though I am allergic to animals I still love them. Plus I like to help animals and play with them and also take care of them so they don't get hurt or even die of anything. That is why I want to be a vet.
But I also want to own them and so I don't have to pay all the money to get in to the vet. I can take care of him or her myself.
So now that is why being a vet is so important to me and my future career.

I have thought long and hard about this question. Through the ages, I've wanted to be everything from Batman to a rock and roll musician. However, now I want to be a lawyer and here's why.
Being a lawyer would be fun for three reasons. The first is I would get a lot of money. The second is with that money I could go on trips and have fun. The third is that I need a good job to support the family I want to have. Thinking about my job made me remember I have to get back to work!

I would like a job like a card shop because I'm a card collector and I buy a lot and sometimes you could get a rare card just from working there and you could sell it and make more money. That's why I would work at Gameday. It's over by pizza vender.

I would have a job at a haircut place because I like to cut peoples hair, like I did with my mom and dad. My dad helped me with the stuff so I would not be hurting my mom.
Also, I would have a job as an army man because I would help our state and so I can kill the bad people.
My favorite food is nachos, so I would work at Taco Bell or a nachos stand. I love to put a lot of cheese and beans. It makes my mouth water.

I'd like to be a detective because I'd like to figure out crimes like tracking a murderer. I think being a detective would be cool. I would like to find murderers.
You get paid a lot. You'd be a hero. Use a magnifying glass. I find that would be fun.

If I could have any job in the world, I would be a veterinarian because I love animals. I would do anything for animals. So if I were a veterinarian, I could see and help animals every day.
Another reason I want to be a veterinarian is because they get paid a lot.
Or I'd be an animal shelter so instead of treating them, you take care of them. I would like to do this so I don't have to do some disgusting stuff a vet has to do.

If I could have any job I'd be a person who helps kids because I like kids and I think kids are cute, funny and nice so I want to work somewhere where there is kids or babies. I have a cousin who is five years old and she acts like she's three and she likes me too so does other little kids and babies.

When I grow, I think I want to work at a vet and answer phone calls. Why I think I would be pretty good at this job is because I have always wanted to be this.
One reason I think I would be good at this job is I love animals except snakes. And I can write very well and pick up phones pretty good.

I would like to be a professional basketball player because I like to play basketball and I like to face new challenges and play different teams.

I would like to work in Hawaii taking pictures of fish and dolphins. After I take a picture of a dolphin, I would paint a picture of the dolphin in the same picture. It would be a lot of fun to have a job like that.

If I could have any job I wanted, I would want to be a veterinarian. I've always wanted to be a veterinarian since I loved horses. It sounds pretty stupid huh.
Well, first of all, I love horses. I wanted a ranch. I thought, which job pays a lot? A veterinarian if your good, so I thought if I made enough money I could pay for my ranch.
Another reason why I chose a veterinarian is because I love all animals. My favorite animals are farm animals. When I grow up, I'm going to be a veterinarian for farm animals and live in Montana where I was born.

If I could be anything in the world, I would want to be a WNBA player. A WNBA player is a woman's basketball league.
Why do I want to be a basketball players when I grow up? Because it's good to get exercise, and playing a sport gives you that. You also get muscles and very healthy. You also get a good salary.
So you can pay for food and a house and lots of things and that's what I want to be when I grow up.

If I could have any job it would be to train horses and rider. I love horses. It would be fun to train horses and I would be able to meet new people if I got the job of training horse and rider.
I love horses and I think it would be fun to train horses. I already know a lot so I think it would be fairly easy. I also would otherwise be a horse boarder because still I would be around horses.
Since I don't get out much except for school, I think it would be fun to meet new people. I would also be able to be around horses.

What I would want to be is a singer. It's hard to choose a career when you're only eleven.
I would want to be a singer because I love to sing, I'm good at it too. I think of being on stage and driving a shiny car and living in a mansion. Think of all the money!

I would want to go into the Airforce and fly jets for my country. It looks like fun and hard work. I want to get my masters degree in college first. I would study real hard to get my masters degree. If I didn't go to the Airforce, I would try to be a NBA player for Chicago. I want to play basketball because it's fun and it pays good. I watch it on T.V., it looks fund and flying jets looks real fun. So now you know what I want to be.

I would choose a dolphin trainer because they are my favorite animal. They are my favorite because they're smart and some people say they used to walk on land until we kicked them off of the land. Well, I don't remember when I started liking them but, I now love them. I would love to spend the rest of my life training them to jump through hoops and spit at people, but I still have to go to college and everything. I would spend twenty years in college so I could train them. As you can see, I love them.
Another thing I would want to do is train horses. They are my second favorite animals. I used to ride my friends and that is where it started. I went over there and I rode her horse and since then I've loved them. Now I go over there all the time, but I can't choose over horses or dolphins. I might just do half horses and half dolphins.

I would choose to sing. I'm good at it and I get asked to sing. So why not, it's my dream ever since I was 2 years old I sang my heart out. I still do, that's my career, I absolutely love it. Who wouldn't? I love to write songs. It's fun that's why I'm going to be the best ever. I even sing in the shower and I love it, it's cool. If you love to sing, well, if you need someone to sing with I'll always be available anytime. That's why I love to sing some people think I'm crazy but I'm not. So please sing every day. SING, SING!
