World War II

Right now I'm going to tell you about World War Two. First I'm going to tell you about Pearl Harbor .Then tell you who Harry S Truman. Then last but not least how the war ended.

Pearl Harbor is the place the Japanese bombed .On December 7,1941 there was over 350 planes that attacked Pearl Harbor. Destroying 19 ships,150 air planes, and 3,600 people were killed.

Harry S Truman is the guy that took over president when president Franklin D Roosevelt died. He also the decision to use the atomic bomb.

The war ended when Truman decided to use the atomic bomb on Japan. The bomb killed almost 78,000 people. On August 9 they dropped another atomic bomb that killed 40,000 people. That was what ended World War two.

Well I hope you enjoyed my essay on World War two. Just in case you forgot I talked about the bombing of Pearl Harbor, who Harry S Truman was, and how the war ended.
