WORLD WAR II

There are some things that America did and places they fought. The soldiers without guns, fighting in Europe, and fighting in Asia.

The soldiers without guns were everybody that didn't go to war. President Roosevelt asked everybody in America to be patriotic. The men left so almost all the jobs were empty so Roosevelt asked all the women to take the jobs so that they could still make weapons and stuff for the forces. Some people planted plants next to the railroad so that the trains could pick up the food and take it to the armed forces.

Fighting in Europe, first the allies France and England decided to attack the Germans. We help them attack the nazi. We all surrounded them and attacked at all sides. Just before Germany surrendered Hitler committed suicide.

Fighting in Asia, the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor because the thought we were picking n them by cutting if trade with them. That made America mad. After Hitler was dead American scientists invented the first atom bomb. The president had to make a decision of whether to bomb Japan or not and let the war go on for two more years. He decided to bomb Japan, they bombed two cities, after that Japan wanted peace.
