My November Book Report:
Bridge to Terabithia, book report by Libby
Today I just got done reading one the best books ever read by me. It's called The Bridge to Terabithia. It was written by Katherine Patterson. I'm going to tell you about the main characters, the genre, and the setting.
First I'll tell you about the main characters. In this story there are 2 main characters. One of them is Leslie Burke, she is ten. The other one is Jess Aarons, he is also 10 years old. Leslie and Jess are very good friends.
Now I'll tell you about a very important thing, it's called genre. This book's genre is modern realistic fiction, that means it is like now. The same things happen, such as they ride busses to school, and they live on farms. It is very much like today's time.
The last thing that I will tell you about today is the setting. The time period this book is in is probably in the 70's. Where the Burkes and Aarons live is Washington.
