New Providence

This project is cool because I get to see how the buildings have changed and how people act in different ways over the years.

On Saturday, August 7, 1875, there were many farmlands, less buldings, and there were dirt roads! Some sidewalks were stone, brick, and even concreate. Buildings were made out of mainly wood, other than wood there was some brick houses and very few cement buildings.

On Friday, Steptember 23, 1910, had brick roads! Enormous buildings made out of mainly concreate and brick. There was some farmland but just a little less than August 2, 1875. People were mainly working in the fields and not dilly dadiling, lollying around.

Monday, October 21, 1935 some multiple buildings like the Photography Center and the Insurance Broker shared the same building but were two totally different businesses. The Building signs were smaller as well as the print. Most of the vehicles were the really really old fashioned cars, trollies, farming trucks, and also the normal moving trucks. Mainly the people in the city were just walking around, running, shopping, protesting, or just doing some commiutie work or eating lunch something like that.

Tuesday, December 20, 1955, in New Province City was snowing and the builidngs were covered, people were shopping, playing in the snow, walking their dogs, coming home from work or indoor with their family eating, singing, or opening presents. Or some people were driving in old cars (compared to our cars today) buses, trucks, and one fire truck.

Wednesday, May 13, 1970 had pretty much the same buildings but people were on strike, drining cars, reading newspapers, or protesting. New Providence's vehicles were changing because the tecnology was advancing they had cars like buses, cars, party vans, pick-up-trucks, and voltswagons.

On Thursday, July 10, 1980, New Providence had a fad of waring black, brown, and white apparently they thought it was neat. They had mainly the main cars like trucks, cars, and vans, and people were just looking and walking around unlike Friday, October 12, 1990 had create streets, fountains, park squares, very little farmland, lots of buildings, very little trees, and New Providence was becoming more civilized. People were selling food, reading the newspaper, walking in the garden, watching a concert, playing in the water, shopping, eating, and riding in cars.

In 2005 New Providence City will probably look even more civilized and the tecnology will grow, so they will have a better community to live in.

This project is way cool. I can't wait to see what tomorrow's work is.
