The Main Roads Of New Providence

In 1875 the roads of New Providence were all dirt. There were no cars, but many carriages (drawn by horses). In 1910 they advanced to Cobble Stone wads, there were still carriages and very few cars. During this time they had trolleys on the roads. In 1935 they had paved roads, electric trolleys, traffic lights, and road patrol officers. In 1955 there was a parking lot in an area were there use to be road There were buses and heavier traffic. In 1970 they had even more traffic there was a huge sidewalk where there was a parking lot/road They had motorcycles, limos, and vans. In 1980 there was no trolleys, no traffic light. Yet still the sidewalk was there. In 1990 the trolleys came back. The sidewalk was gone and the road was put back. They had lighter traffic and taxies.

In 2005 most likely there will be better cars, more traffic, bigger roads. There probably wont be a big sidewalk again. There will probably be buildings in some of the places that roads were.

We began in 1875 and jumped to 1990. In 1875 there were dirt roads no cars and only carriages. Then in 1990 there were paved roads no carriages and cars, buses, and taxies. That's one mighty leap for one little town now are you going to keep this town jumping?
