My focus was to look at the roads and what happened during the time periods. I noticed that from 1875 the roads went from being dirt to brick to paved with trolly tracks to plazas and back to being just paved.
My next focus was to be on the parks and activities of people. In 1875 the activities were mostly riding bikes and playing with hula hoops. In 1910 the park changed drastically and so did the activities. A new fountain is being put in and people are gathering. The the park changes again. There aren't so many trees. In 1970 the park changes into a plaza and stays that way until 1980 and then changes back in 1990 to a park without cement.
My conclusion is that in the next picture it will look probably about the same as the 1990 picture, because in the 1990 picture it looks about the same as it does today and today it is 2002. 2015 is 13 years away but I still think that it will look somewhat alike.
