Potatoes
A potato grows underground but the plant grows above the ground. To grow a potato you have to cut the roots and bury them. Plant the potato during the summer time, make sure you water it every day unless raining. If you're wondering how long it will take to grow a potato... This is my guess is about 6-8 weeks to grow.
A potato has vitamin C, amino acids, protein, thramin, and nicotine acid. Potatoes can be made all different types. Like french fries, potato chips, mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes, fried potatoes, hashbrowns, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, and potato soup.
Potatoes would be a meal like breakfast, lunch, and dinner or a snack. So eat potatoes every chance you get.
