Fun with Outdoors

As we are walking up the steep trail we come to a huge log. Clunk! Clunk! We climb over the huge log. Here comes another log.

Woah! How steep can this trail be, with all of these logs? Log after log we went. Okay, here is where we will stop and look at this log that was hit by lightning. This tree is dead, but still standing. Now lets go up the trail some more.

Here we will stop and play a game. This game you'll cross your arms and make a circle with your hands. Then you will put your hand circles over your eyes. Now I want everyone except for Jessie to hide, and see if he can find all of you before you can touch him. That is the game , so lets play it.

After he found all of the people who were hiding, the person found last gets to be looking for the hiding people. That is how the game went each time.

That's really cold! We all touched the water. It was just a little creek. When we went there we got told some things about wildlife in the water. Then we started hiking again.

Wow! That is a huge rock. We walked past a rock that might not be able to be moved. They are making a soccer field in that spot. Also right by the rock we saw animal tracks. When we were done there we went back and talked about what we learned.

After we answered questions, we got our beads and went to go eat lunch.
