Camp Howard
The day had come, our class was going to Camp Howard for three days. I was nervous to see who was in my cabin and who my counsler was. Well as it turned out my roommates were Debbie, Katie, Amanda, Jessica, Kaysha, and Victoria, my counselor name is Ibby. My favorite part about Camp Howard was the games and activities that we did.
My favorite game was either tug of love or the human knot. My favorite activity was the water activity with Ibby. My favorite counsler was Ibby. She is very cool and nice, Ibby would tell us stories and also tell us about her life. If I had an older sister I would pick Ibby to by my sister! She helped us do our cabin call, she would think of a couple of ideas and every cabin call we did I think was the best of everyones. Ibby was our momma duck and we were the ducklings. During camp we learned lots about wildlife, the water, how to keep good care of our surroundings. We also learned the rules of the P.E.R.C.S. P> stands for Participation E> stands for environmental manners R> stands for Respect C> stands for cooperation, and another hidden letter the H> stands for Have fun and S> stands for success.
Some of the games made you dizzy some made you hurt and some were noisy some quiet. Tug of love was about the silent H> in Have fun. In the game you compete against different cabins and who ever wins gets to compete against the other winning cabin of the boys. Well as it happened time ran out and we didn't finish we won a couple times and had to go to other activities. In the other activities we had to just play one cabin the Ravens. We beat them in all the activities except one the one where the chosen person can't touch the ground.
