My Thanksgiving Dinner

Hi my name is Brighton. This Thanksgiving Day and everyone in my mom's crazy family is coming! I'm going to have a dumb Thanksgiving. I could have gone to my friend's house instead. I had to make the turkey, cook it, put the stuffing in it and everything. My dad was supposed to make it but, he got a cold. We didn't want to have germs and stuff on the turkey. My mom couldn't because she had to go to the store and buy some napkins and stuff. That would leave me or my little brother! I was needing some help. My mom bought 20 turkeys just in case.

I tried 10 times. They got all burned and I know on my 11th one I made it perfect. The stuffing got mixed up with the dog food.

When I was on my 20th one I had to be careful (even I was trying to be careful on all of the other ones). I had everything right! I did it. I can't believe I did It!

Well, it was just in time when the door bell rang. My mom was home now it was 7:00 it was ready to eat! When we were missing someone. Uncle Jerry. When he got here he brought a perfect, still hot turkey.

We gave our turkey to my dad and he had a turkey and we got the best turkey. We forgot to make the mashed potatoes and we hurried and made it and when I was going to eat, the mashed potatoes burned my mouth so I spit it out and it landed on my brother and he took some corn and threw it and he missed and hit my mother and the whole thing turned into Thanksgiving fun food fight.

It took 1 1/2 hour to clean up the mess. Instead of having a boring Thanksgiving we had a cool one! My dad he got better because in the turkey I spilled some milk in and he needed milk. The weird think is that he could die by milk.

The next day he got us presents so we had fun! I wonder what we are going to do on Christmas morning?! When I went to school the next morning my friend she had the baddest Thanksgiving Day ever in her life. I'm glad that I had my own Thanksgiving at home. Because We had the coolest Thanksgiving ever in my life.
