About Me
"Hi" I'm Katie! I'm in sixth grade and my teacher is Mrs. Huffman (as you may have guessed). Okay so now that you know that let's get on with why I really started this little S.A. Okay I'll start at the beginning- It all started ... when I went to Hawaii with my family. There I found two things I'm really fond of, and one I found here in perfect little Oregon which I'll talk about in a little bit. Let's see, the two things I'm fond of are Swimming and Dolphins. The thing I found I'm fond of here in Oregon is Harry Potter.
Now, to tell you about swimming and what an impact it has on my life! You see, I'm on the Sea Lion Swim Team, with my coach Jared. Every week I go three or four times and swim for an hour and a half. I've been on the swim team for a little over two years. I started swimming when my dad taught me in Hawaii- like I said. Some day I hope to become an Olympic swimmer!
Now on to Dolphins and why I like them so much. One of my favorite things is to draw (you can probably guess what's coming next!) dolphins! I really don't know why but I'm obsessed with them! It might be because of my cousin, but either way- I'm obsessed! Everybody says so, even me! It might be because they're so intelligent or just because they're beautiful! But whatever it is I know one thing for sure- I love Dolphins!
Now, what about Harry Potter you ask. Well, one word- "Exciting!" Oh, definitely exciting! If you've never had or read a Harry Potter book, well, you've just got to! It's amazing how J.K. Rowling (the author of the Harry Potter books) can make-up such amazing stories! I've read all of them, so far, and they are just amazing! i don't know any other words to describe them other than "Exciting" and "Amazing!" Those have to be the best words to describe them!
Okay, so you know three things I like for sure. But there's a fourth, yes, a fourth. But I won't go into that right now, ‘cause it's a whole other story on it's own! So now you know things I like so tell me things you like. Like sports, books, color, things like that! So you know I like Dolphins, Swimming, Harry Potter, and one little surprise!
